netbooks as a DAW

I set up a 9" asus netbook with guitar tracks pro and m-audio input for use as a DAW

pros:

•  not so much that it can be done well, but that it can be done at all
•  recording station with fair amount of fx that can all fit in a gig bag, with a couple hours worth of true record anywhere capability
• not a magnetic drive in sight, all solid state.
  

cons:

• haven't really had a chance to put it through paces yet
• keyboard is tiny, and sound quality needs some work.
